Eligibility for Refund

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and CNC machining services, refunds are generally not applicable once production has started. However, a refund or replacement may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • The delivered part does not match the specifications provided in your approved design file.
  • The order was canceled before production began.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect design files submitted by the customer.
  • Changes requested after production has started.
  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the customer.

Return Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos and your order number for evaluation.
